Nine Months of Oak. No Rush.

Aged longer than most — 9 months in American oak with a #2 char — this Reposado brings smooth notes of vanilla and spice that elevate the agave’s warmth without overpowering it.

Patience Distilled.

Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, our Añejo layers rich flavors of caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla over a rounded, mellow finish. Built for those who savor the long game.

Our Process

1. Harvest
We select only the finest organic Blue Weber agaves from the volcanic soils of Arenal, Jalisco. Each agave is harvested after 7 to 10 years of growth.
2. Slow Cooking in Stone Ovens
Piñas are slowly baked at no more than 350°F for 72 hours using traditional masonry ovens. This method preserves the agave’s complex sugars and floral character.
3. Milling & Fermentation
The cooked agave is milled using a traditional press and fermented with natural native yeast—no additives, just wild fermentation.
4. Triple Distilled
We distill in copper alembic stills three times for maximum purity and smoothness while retaining our signature flavor profile.
5. Aged to Perfection
Reposado is rested in American oak casks for 9 months, creating a warm, balanced spirit with hints of vanilla, caramel, and spice.
